Facilities: Generally speaking, hotels at this price point do not provide toiletries, so please bring your own. The room has air conditioning, but the remote control was a bit out of battery.
Hygiene: Good, modern decoration
Environment: The surrounding area is very convenient. There is a bus stop, 711, laundry room and Chinese stalls just a few steps downstairs.
Service: Thank you Illiya and Yaseen for the service! He is a very cheerful and talkative person. English/Malay ok.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the komtar bus station. There is a long table on the first floor (grand floor) of the hotel, and it is convenient to eat food purchased from the store because it has a toaster, microwave, water dispenser and sink.

The location is great, there is alot of shop nearby with just only walking distance. However the room we got was terrible. First of all the room is dirty, the floor seems to be very dusty and unhygienic, the bathroom doesn't even have a mirror, no table and chairs provided for our room but saw it was available at other room. the adaptor sockets are at weird location making it very inconvenient to use. The room is not soundproof at all, any sound can be heard from outside the room which make us felt like lack of privacy. The towel were very dirty, the towel that they provided for my room is full of stains and looks like a mat more than a toilet towel. Please improve in this issue, at least try to make improvement like providing mirror in the room and providing clean unstained towel.

There are ants, but everything else is ok, but you have to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Room without windows. The space is not big, there is someone at the front desk, and the waiter helps to carry the luggage up and down the stairs. That's OK.
