隔音非常糟糕，樓上小孩子走動跳動都會嚴重影響樓下的住客。
After 3pm都沒有工作人員，所以whatsapp告知工作人員，但是沒有任何改善，所以忍受了嘈雜聲音從12am到2am，衹能默默忍受。

This was my second stay. The location was great and the service was automated and very smooth. The walls were a little thin, but not a problem. The ice cream shop nearby was delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at this central Penang hotel; the lobby was stunning and the room was very clean, complemented by an exceptionally friendly staff member. For future guests, it's worth noting that a thin ceiling and outside work caused some noise, which a little added insulation could fix. The shared bathroom was functional, though it could use a bit more attention to keep the floor dry. We also appreciated how easy it was to get around from this location.

The environment it’s very bad, The hotels lobby Aircon did not on for all time. I stayed there for three nights, They don’t provide changing of towers. No one is in the hostel to provide any service. I seldom get to see anyone around.! No service at all . There is other outlet available in Georgetown, So never choose this location. It is really really very, very bad.

The location is great, as it's less than 10 minutes to Armenian Street. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. However, the facilities are aging. They creak when you walk. The shower is also in the same building as the toilet, which is not very clean. In my opinion, I would not recommend this hotel to Japanese women.
