Bueno, tiene todos los peros y alguna buena calificación. Las habitaciones y baños están muy bien, aunque por la noche nos quedamos sin agua caliente. Según recepción estaba lleno y, al parecer, se habían duchado todos al tiempo. (menuda disculpa para un hotel de 5 estrellas). El desayuno sin más, nada excepcional desde luego, tampoco se merece las 5 estrellas. Ponen ahí abajo que el personal mal, pues fue bastante aceptable. Y calidad, precio, yo diría que le sobra 1 estrella, al menos de momento. No conseguimos que bajasen la altura de la cuna para mi nieta, no sé si es que no tenían la llave adecuada. Eso sí, está situado en la carretera de entrada a la ciudad y hay ruido de coches, pero tengo que decir que la presencia y decoración es muy buena. Si mejoran los peros les doy las 5 estrellas sin duda.

Terrible experience!Don't go there! The staff is very rude,arogant,they don't have any professional trainings The breakfast is poor,with no vegan options.Is unbelievable for 5 stars hotel.Far away form the city centre! Too expensive for what you get!

First time in Timisoara . I found this hotel on google and I was surprised.High standards, beautiful design, room was clean, modern. Breakfast was amazing lots of choices, everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was polite and friendly. Very happy to choose this hotel. I will recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel in this town. Thank you

Everything was perfect,the room was nice,the food was great.Is the Best hotel from Timisoara,the breakfast was very good.The staff was always attentive and smiling.I will return to this hotel which pleasantly surpised me.Beautifull!
