When I made the order, I marked in the remarks and also I sent email to the hoist for my late check in as I will be arriving late.
Sadly no one reply me and paid attention and when I arrived, unlike other Motels that I hired before, there’s no information about my room number and key.
I have to wondering around and call the hoist, whom cannot solve my problem until checking everything for prolonged period.
Then the hoist just told me the room number, which was actually didn’t lock. Why don’t you just put a paper at the reception telling me the room number like most other Motels?? What a stupid arrangement
Will never recommend this motel to others and badly rated as a resulted

The front desk service's English level is very poor and it is difficult to communicate. We told her that we had made a reservation online, and she had to recommend a new room to you; we told her that we had booked a two-bedroom apartment, but after searching for a long time, we still couldn't find the reservation.
