A good place to put your head down with comfortable beds and a little kitchen area. The shower was good. The parking was very good for our needs being two vehicles and a trailer plenty of room for security and fencing. The outside Area is all concrete so don’t expect a garden the rooms were very good. A little noise from the main road at night.

A very average motel... Located on state highway one... The room is very dated and tired, however the Bed was comfortable. The ironing board was interesting (see photo) Yes there is road noise and lots of it... I was kept away to late and then woken up to truck changing gear down the hill. Parking was at a premiums and tight....

Nice staff/owner however… Wifi didn’t work which is basically a mandatory in this day and age. Skimpy on amenities i.e 1 toilet roll for a unit that can sleep 5 people. Water pressure was also rubbish, but workable. Clean and tidy however with ample linen. Place is quite dated, and TV small.

My dog and I stayed overnight and found the motel welcoming, clean and comfortable. The bed was fine and the room warm. Spotlessly clean. Not sure why there are comments about the hot water, which was good and no trouble. The only considerations are the limited cooking facilities (a microwave and kettle) and very limited area for the dogs, though Caroline Bay is a short walk away (across the busy SH1). Overall, though good value and would stay again.

We needed somewhere at short notice, preferably with 2 bedrooms, and we found this place. We got a 2 bedroom apartment at a great rate. Comfortable and pretty well equipped. Could have used a few more items in the kitchen and the water pressure in the shower was marginal - but would certainly stay here again. Owner very friendly and helpful. Extremely handy location.
