Overall a great experience. Room and bathroom was clean and in decent condition. Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to crash for the night, and get cleaned up in the morning. Aesthetic is a classic room above a restaurant feel. Only downside was there was no fridge to store anything during your stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an older property cramed in a seedy, noisy old downtown.
No coffee, no fridg and poor WI FI connection.
When we arrived, found they had "accidentally" given our room to someone else.
We had to end up in separate rooms.
Would not go back here.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The owners and staff alike made feel at home. I'm so glad I made the choice to stay at this friendly and fun Inn!

Easy going and welcoming. The building is old and funky and has a lot of that Old New Hamphire charm. The food in the restaurant never disappoints and the innkeepers are gracious and friendly. Over the years we stayed there several times and were never disapointed.

My recent stay at The Tilton Inn was nothing short of excellent and the hospitality is always, always great! As in years past, I always feel welcomed by the owners Allan and Kathy are there to greet you with warmth and smiles. Every staff member goes above and beyond to get to know you and ensure your stay is GREAT! Allan and Kathy, thanks for another great stay! See you in 2025, if not sooner.

The accommodations exceed our expectations! Phenomenal staff, who go above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay! Allan went out of his way to ship a package for us. Class act! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Onions Pub. The food was amazing!! I look forward to my return for the 2025 Bike Week. I highly recommend the Tilton Inn which is a short ride to the lakes region.

Lovely historic hotel with a phenomenal restaurant! Decided to stay here rather than one of the chain hotels offered nearby as I was staying for 5 days. Good decision! The owners, Allan & Kathy, were welcoming and all staff were friendly & knowledgeable. And again, restaurant is great!! Hope to come back in the fall!

Outdated in a bad way. We were expecting an older look, maybe early 1900s but we got the early 1990s and 2000s. Floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Toilet seat paint was worn off. Big patch in the ceiling unfinished. Laminate floors in the room were very worn down. The place needs some money invested into it. The view from the room was interesting. We just couldn't wait to finish our 2 night stay.
