Premier Inn Kings Lynn

Everything was perfect. Gave my partner and I a lovely night away, we did find breakfast a little confusing though. Apart from breakfast being confusing everything was just as we had hoped, the bed was lovely and comfortable, and the room was nice and clean.

We only stayed one night as we were visiting friends and family, but this was a fab hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the purple mood lighting, was lovely on an evening. Brewers fayer on site which provided a really nice breakfast, but also a mcdonalds and costas within walking distance

Frequent Premier Inn customer so was intrigued to see this hotel had been refurbished to the ‘new’ Premier Inn offering. Very impressed - corridors now much fresher and rooms much more modern/sleek look. Think they’ve chosen style over practicality slightly as now there is very little storage and the large desk has now been replaced with a small round coffee table - so just less surfaces to put things on particularly as a family. Must be to speed up cleaning rooms. Such a shame the management haven’t spent the money and installed air con - or at least in normal rooms - families are not allowed in Premier Plus rooms as parents are no longer entitled to any luxury of course - in the summer this hotel gets HOT so really needed air con. Really big missed opportunity. Staff are excellent and plenty of free parking. Only warning - watch the outdoor automatic doors in main building and annex - they swing out VERY quickly. We are only aware as 2 years ago it hit my young daughter in the face leaving a nasty cut and bruise - but the speed they open and force means it could easily happen again.

Thank you to all the hotel and Brewer's Fayre staff giving up their Christmas to allow us to stay. Shame on the woman who called the restaurant breakfast staff "lazy f*cks" just because they had to get their own cutlery from the self service point. It was Christmas Day, stop being miserable. Be nice.

Easy to find from useful directions sent in advance, friendly welcome from Receptionist, everywhere very clean and impressed with Premier Plus room - our first experience of these but will definitely book again. Plenty of free parking, comfortable bed so a good night's sleep.

Had a poor experience at this hotel. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in was poor and resulted in my payment being taken twice. Initially we checked in at the self- check in kiosk. Our payment was approved and then the main screen froze. The Receptionist said she would check us in instead and insisted on taking payment again. The next morning my bank account showed both payments pending and so I queried this at reception. I was assured that only one payment would be taken. Both payments were then taken from my account and I am still waiting reimbursement, 3 days later. Not what you want just before Christmas! Breakfast was poor. On entering the restaurant we were told several breakfast items were unavailable- no sausages, no yoghurt, no red berries and no fruit. We were told that staff were trying their best! Breakfast was decidedly underwhelming and not worth the money. The hotel itself is nice and I have no complaints about the room. Just feel very let down by the duplicate payment and poor breakfast offer.
