The refurbished hotel is excellent and we had a very good wet room, essential at our age. The Brewers Fayre is awful. Our evening meal was a pizza with hardly any topping for my wife and cold chips and an overcooked barely warm steak for me and I had ordered medium rare. Avoid at all cost. The breakfast was OK though, just the evening meal was a disgrace. In the evening, the floor was littered with dropped food. Disgusting.

Shane and the team are absolutely outstanding and make this my go to hotel for work. Always polite and on hand to assist I've been coming here for 2 years now, fantastic place to stay for both social and business trips.

Arrived 3.07pm. Checked in by Shane who sorted our Premium Plus room upgrade instantly, carried our heavy ( and admittedly excessive luggage) upstairs. Back with the bath towel he already knew was missing in 10 minutes!! Super service and re-established my positive thoughts about Premier Inn. We have been on a road trip via Premier Inns in Brighton, South End on Sea, Ramsgate, Norwich and now Kings Lynn before Grimsby. All the staff have been good but here it was outstanding!👏

Very friendly staff and accommodating to my needs. I was travelling alone so was met with a kind greeting. Bed was very comfortable just an uncomfortable night due to the heat so air con is needed and a fridge in all rooms. Apart from that I would stay again and recommend

Room was immaculate. Very comfortable. Had 2 children with us and beds were made up ready for both of them. Breakfast I'd about the best we've ever had. Evening meal was good value too. Highly recommended.

Lovely last minute stopover.Staff very friendly and helpful.Room was spotless.Restaurant was OK ,wasn't very organised at front of house and to be honest not the best host, rather miserable.. bar staff and waitresses made up for that.Breakfast was manic could have done with more staff as couldn't keep up with simple things like clean plates ,cutlery and refilling juices and coffee machine and clearing tables.dirty plates and food left on fire place for the whole time we was in there..not a good look.Would we stay again..yes but hopefully restaurant was just a one off!

Lovely clean rooms that served their purpose perfectly, pillows were incredibly comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Parking was easy and stress free. A perfect little stop off point. Breakfast was delicious, although the staff seemed a little disorganised at times, they were friendly and welcoming throughout.
