This hotel was very well kept up. Breakfast was the usual but everything was hot and kept full. The staff were very friendly. We did not use the gym or pool.

Paula at the front desk was very accommodating as we arrived before check in. She was so kind and friendly. Erica in housekeeping was helpful and cheerful. She was a great help for a request we had. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast may have room for improvement. I am thinking maybe the turkey links had bern warmed from an other day.

Chose this downtown location so that the ladies could tour Mobile while the gents played golf at the RTJ Trail at Magnolia Grove, a 20 minute ride. With our 8AM tee time we got our round in and back to the hotel for a shower by the 1PM check out. Accommodations were up to Hampton Inn standards and the breakfast was better than most. Paid a few dollars more than out of town, but it was worth it. There was a fee for parking, but the lot appeared to provide good security. Location was excellent for restaurants and touring.

Easy access to I-10; plenty of lighted parking in front; friendly desk attendant; comfortable bed - we slept well. Our only negative was the tub area - old, slippery tub; poor wall surround; poor caulking. TV worked well and had many choices.

We spent 3 nights here and thought about changing to a different nearby hotel because the 1st night, my husband noticed the shower/tub was slippery. When he talked to the person at the desk about getting a rubber mat, she said there weren't any, but offered to move us to a similar room next door. It was a handicap accessible room (we aren't handicapped), which meant the shower could be accessible by a wheelchair. The shower curtain ended 6" above the floor and whenever we took a shower, the tiles on the room side got wet. The soap & shampoo dispensers were empty. Housekeeping didn't change them out so we went to the desk and asked for the refills. My husband exchanged the bottles.

Being close to the interstate and the locations that we needed to go. Our stay was at the last minute and the staff at the hotel was very compassionate. If and when i come back I would like to stay at that hotel.

The pool hours need to be exceeded, as I feel 10am is too late to open. Perhaps 8am would be better, because I came to swim. Thank you!

I waited perhaps 20 minutes to check in, but once in the room had lights on, was icy cold, and the tv was on tuned to the channel guide, all very welcome points. The room and hotel were very quiet and clean and pretty. The sole hotel desk clerk was very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and the room smelled nice. We did not get to use the pool due to our busy schedule, but it was gorgeous and looked very inviting. Breakfast was good. The fruit infused water at the front desk was very refreshing. They did allow us a late check out which was very helpful.
