Negatively impressed
Construction materials were stacked in and around the entry area—work continued into the early evening. The office area had an acrid odor—similar to Southern Asia. The facility’s furniture was too large for the room. Additionally, furniture items were seemingly procured from former motel/hotels after their renovation. I will not stay again. I recommend avoidance for the discerning traveler.

Clean room. Recently renovated. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets. Nice fluffy towels and clean shower. It is an old motel but good place to stop for night. Furniture was in great shape. Refrigerator was big with freezer. No complaints

Nick is the GREATEST! We've stayed here numerous times. ALWAYS the same GREAT experience! i always call and reserve two rooms in advance. When we arrive our rooms are ready. What ever we need Nick and his staff already has it ready before we need it. HIGHLY recommend this motel!

Wife and I stayed while traveling through SW Oklahoma. Staff was very nice and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Room was very clean and super comfortable even being a pet room since we had our dog with us. We would highly recommend a stay here if your in the area.

This place is amazing! The owner and his wife are very special people. Kind, caring and helpful. I loved my visit to Frederick, OK. The lady who cleans the rooms is over the top. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay! I'll be back! Thank you!
