I was there for a business trip for a night and the front desk had no tone of kindness. Any time I asked a question they answered it with a question. The pillows were awful. Rooms were cheap and scratchy. The bedspread was nice. The fridge was decent. I was extremely disappointed after paying $240 a night to be talked to in a condensing way like I was not welcome. I would skip this hotel. Location was decent next to Tillamook Creamery. I would not stay here nor recommend this to any of my associates needing a hotel room here-and-definitely not on vacation.

Rest room.
Very large room with comfortable bed. Clean room & pleasant odor. Very friendly staff. Nice lobby with seating. Laundry room was nice. Only issue was the breakfast, serviced English Muffins or burritos.

The hotel was very friendly, clean and the staff was very helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, especially our bed. Would stay here again.

Great Experience Overall
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The pool was terrific. The room was a bit outdated, but they are remodeling. The location is great and so was the price.

For some reason we had to ask for something each day from housekeeping. Day 1, no washcloths, and our floors make socks black. I asked for a cleaning, especially the floor. The bedding was not turned, which we were told that we didn't ask. So after asking for full service, we still had no toilet paper or shower caps. We were there 3 nights. Breakfast was missing products. Overall we were quite unsatisfied, but the desk staff were quite pleasant in remediation of our issues. Lastly, we were out of water for 2 hours with no verbal notice. They told us the sign was posted the night prior. Luckily we showered the night prior

Not great
Food options with the included breakfast were bad. My wife had a breakfast sandwich which she didn’t like and the only non meat and option was a dry English muffin. No fruit, OJ Was $2.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. You order breakfast from a list the night before and pick it up at from desk at agreed time in the morning. Coffee in lobby not room but wasn’t a problem for us. Some highway noise but we were tired. Girl at front desk was very sweet when we checked in I should add. Would stay again if in the area.
