酒店房間很大很乾凈，位置在城區外面但是打車挺近的，早餐也不錯。
唯一就是服務差點，因為預付費衹有住宿，入住時在前台付了早餐費和城市税，退房趕時間來不及現場打水單，留了郵箱讓把水單發過來，一直沒收到，再聯繫酒店，酒店説是通過平台預訂，讓我找平台要水單，此處加粗：【酒店開不了】。
我還以為是我英語沒説清楚，把一起出差的其他同事水單發過去，説要一份這樣的單據，結果酒店就再也不回郵件了😂

Nice hotel for business. Kind front office employees. Especially the hospitality, expertise and problem-solving of Flint led to my colleagues and me finding the stay really nice, calm and effective for businnes. Thank you.

Ik heb enkele jaren gewerkt in dit hotel, maar helaas is dat na een verschil beëindigd Helaas blijft het personeel (met name 1 persoon) dit niet los laten en blijkt de aard van het verschil redelijk duidelijk.

Heel groot en mooi hotel. We verbleven hier 2 nachten met onze fietsclub. Onze fietsen konden we stallen in een afgesloten buitenruimte (openen deur van de stalling deed je met je kaart van de kamer). Heel ruime kamer met kwalitatief heel goed bed, ruime badkamer met bad én douche en geruisloze airco. Kamer was ook heel geluidsdicht. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid. We hebben ook 1 keer diner gebruikt in hotel en hier was niet veel op aan te merken. En het belangrijkste: al het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Om naar het centrum te wandelen had je wel half uurtje nodig (route via mooi park).

Na het verschrikkelijke eten geconfronteerd worden met een rekening voor het parkeren.€7,50. Bij andere Van der Valk hotels is het parkeren gratis als je er alleen komt eten. Tevens hebben we 50 minuten op het hoofdgerecht moeten wachten. Het bord zag er niet verzorgd uit. Het werd kaal geserveerd. Geen salade of wat groente. Dan vind ik € 18,95 erg veel voor hetgeen wat je kreeg.

Slechte lunch. Broodje zo goed als niet belegd en oud brood. Na dit aangegeven te hebben is het helaas niet opgelost terwijl wel werd toegegeven dat het inderdaad niet zo hoort en ook was er geen bereidheid tot compensatie. Nooit meer. Dus: Voor een goede maaltijd hier niet komen!
