Room was spacious. Hotel was located very close to borders and plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Traffic wasn't very good as there is only one way to get in and out of hotel so depending on time of day, it might take extra time to get into or out of hotel.

Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

Disadvantages: This hotel is in the city center, the traffic volume is relatively large nearby, the sound insulation effect of the room is not ideal. Another point is that this hotel does not provide breakfast (it is a high-class hotel nearby, after all, the accommodation fee is so high) Advantages: Excellent location, convenient transportation, close to the airport and long-distance bus station. The best place to enjoy the lively, diagonally opposite the hotel is a well-known RIO shopping plaza, which has Adi Nike stores, well-known cosmetics stores, Apple stores, etc., a small partner who knows Spanish, about a Mexican girl. We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well kept and you have dining options nearby and at the hotel.

Best hotel in Tijuana

Had an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

Although breakfast is included, it costs nearly $30 for two people. interesting. As long as you eat in the cafeteria, you have to attach it. I don't understand how the Mexicans counted. The breakfast included in the hotel is only 2 slices of bread, coffee and fruit.

City suites express he’s in a great location a monks bustling Tijuana. Lots of shops and things to do around this hotel.

Normal hotel. 3 min drive from the border. The walls are made of cardboard, you can literally hear everything! Hot and cold water is available. The air conditioner was not turned on, it was cold. The TV is not smart. Breakfast is included in the price, delicious. The price is certainly high, but this is the best of such proposals.

Beautiful location had a great time great food and very nice room comfortable and cozy definitely will be back
