Horrible hotel, impossible smell, air conditioning not working. And the additional deposit is more than the cost of the room, which is not written anywhere on trip.com

Beware. This hotel committed financial fraud against me, and refuses to take any actions to fix it. They double-charged me for my sushi at the sushi restaurant. They charged my sushi to BOTH my hotel room bill AND my Visa Credit Card, and when I complained about it, they told me that they are unable to remove charges from the hotel room bill. (Yeah, right.) They told me that they would refund my Visa credit card for the double charge, but they never refunded my credit card.

BAD HOTEL IN TIJUANA!!!!!
The hotel looks great, the bathroom is in a catastrophic state, there is no normal flow, there is little water, and after my complaints back and forth late at night, they replaced the shower head, which improved the comfort a little, then there was a water leak from the air conditioning unit later and I couldn't use the shower because everything was flooded with water, there was no possibility of changing rooms because there was no alternative room... and I had to go down to the lobby at night and in the morning to use the bathroom, this is a bad hotel, and then in the morning a hotel representative came and apologized and offered a 20% discount. Simply disgraceful.

The room is great and the staff is incredible helpful and kind, the only bother is that there is a night club or loud restaurant on the rooftop and our room was just below it
And it was really loud
So come and stay here just ask no to be placed at the 6th floor

An Amazing Adult-Only Retreat
I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The hotel itself was really clean, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. Being an adults-only hotel made the experience even better, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop restaurant; the views were stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the heated pool was a fantastic feature, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a swim regardless of the weather. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend!
