We were missing body wash and never got it taken up. But hotel food was good and loved the aviance. Some loud people at 3am but other then that everything was great

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need.
The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

It’s a beautiful shell but the hotel isn’t a relaxing experience as it’s advertised. The water dispensers were often empty, my room’s TV wasn’t working, I was not provided bath rope nor indoor shoes, the windows were dirty, there was equipment running during the day so I couldn’t sleep, and the spa service is low quality. Staff were arrogant. I don’t recommend this place unless you book suites or jacuzzi rooms or if you go to next building to do plastic surgery.

My daughter and I decided to take a day to head to TJ....we were having facials at a local skin care clinic...then found an great local restaurant...so I looked up Spa Hotels and found this Diamond it's clean, quiet, with amazing amenities, we only stayed overnight but will definitely be back..we hung out in the Jacuzzi then got massages..ate the best Tacos everrrr! right across the street from the hotel..we rested really well then had a delicious breakfast before checkout...best unplanned mini vacay I ever had..it's also located in a clean, quiet area...highly recommend for a couples retreat or family or girls trip The Sraff was wonderful !

this is a very nice hotel. everyone i talked to was very polite & the front desk is very accommodating. the rooms are very clean & spacious. i stay here every time i had my hospital procedure and every one in the hotel is helpful. i highly recommend this hotel i'll be back again soon.

The best place ever to stay and feels like home. The food and the service was excellent. One day we have an experience of no light for few minutes and even thought the hotel was full when we call them to address the issue they told us was a City problem not them but they went and check or A/C phone an CALL US BACK TO MAKE SURE WE ARE FINE.Love this place ever

I had a dental appointment and wanted to stay near by. It was referred by my dentist. I couldn't have been happier. I had to work from the hotel and it had great wifi, the most amazing food and friendliest staff. Everything is walkable and very safe. The staff couldn't be more professional and friendly. They are also bilingual in English. The room was big and pool and jacuzzi hit the spot. I would ask for a room away from the street maybe facing the pool, but otherwise I will be back. I highly recommend.
