Very good 👌👌The facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, the environment is beautiful, and the service is very good. It is mainly close to the sea, and it is very convenient to check in at the US-Mexico border wall a few hundred meters away.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es LO PEOR que he visto en mis más de 35 años de carrera hotelera. Al caminar con los pies descalzos en la alfombra, literalmente se me pegaron cabellos en la planta del pie, significado de una muy mala limpieza y meses de no aspirar esa alfombra, el piso del baño pegajoso y no quiero imaginar de que. Cualquier lugar que revisaba llena de polvo. Aunque hay una caja de seguridad esta no funciona. Lo unico rescatable es el servicio del restaurane el cual el mesero es amable. Piensen mucho al elegir este hotel. Pedi me cambiaran la colcha pues tenia manchas de no se que y nunca lo hicieron. Las sabanas llenas de cabellos.

Our door lock was not working, so when i called reception, somebody from maintenance came and said "oh yes, its not working but it will be fixed until tomorrow", i was travelling with my daughters and felt powerless & unsafe. we had to move a sofa in order to lock the door.
