Actually I wouldn't give this place any stars, as I never got so far to stay at Villa Katrina. I've booked in March 2024 and payed the deposit but just one day of our arrival (4 Aug 2024) I got an sms message that the booking had to be cancelled due to technical problems. As we were already on our way to Hungary I had to book another place (much more expensive of course). They promised to pay back the deposit in 3 days and now they are texting that they don't have the proof, which I've sent already 3 times. Very very annoying! So be warned and find another trustworthy place! There plenty others.

Haben diese Villa nur gebucht, weil es sehr viele schöne Bilder im Internet gibt. Da sieht man sehr schöne Zimmer und einen sehr schönen Pool. Vor Ort gibt es dann eine Böse Überraschung. Zimmer werden nicht richtig gereinigt. Wir waren 5 Tage dort und nicht einmal wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Der Pool wo sich die Kinder gefreut haben ist seit 2,5-3 Jahren kaputt das wurde uns dann vor Ort erklärt. Das kann man den Bilder auch entnehmen, dass er nicht erst vor kurzen Kaputt gegangen ist. Leider war es nicht mehr möglich was gutes noch zu finden, somit mussten wir da die Tage verbringen. Da Tihany zu 85% ausgebucht war. Habe gleich mal ein paar Bilder davon gemacht man kann sich selber ein Bild machen. Kühlschrank so schmutzig ohne Worte!!! Die Betten sind durchgelegen und nicht wirklich Sauber. Die ganze Einrichtung komplett runter gekommen. Da wird so lange es geht Geld verdient. Man lockt alle mit den schönen Bildern im Internet. Überall Spinnen Netze usw.... Auf gar kein Fall Buchen. Rate es ab!!!
