Bearland Paradise Resort

Pool was good but the services are poor. Lack of man power. I paid for almost 7k per family room pero natulugan lang kami wala gd nag abut ang water na request nmun, wala kamn baklan sang water within the resort. Ang food ka 3 ko mag call sa reception using my own phone ky bisan telephone sa room wala. Ndi man 24hrs ila reception. Around 9amto 8pm lang.  nag ask kmi na pa deliver ang breakfast sa room. And they said ok. Ka 3 ko mag ask. Ok dw. And ending 9:30am na nga hulat nmun sang breakfast wala japun. Ndi dw cila ka deliver, need sa restau dw nila mag kaon. Edi wow. Food is like carenderia style. Ndi pa init ang breakfast na gn serve

***Worst place Ever*** I booked a room in these place cost 6k Php paid online and arrived in the place with dissappointment, as my name wasn't in the booking list. The room they've given me was terrible! The cupboard was dusty not even cleaned! The bed was itchy seems like lots of bugs in there. It wasn't even washed I believe. So far the worst place I have encounter. They are not organize, the AC was no remote either. Not worth of money! I don't recommend this place, it's awful.

No standby lifeguard in the pool area. horrible food. the rice is 'lagdos" ( half cooked half raw.) , food is too salty. fish in the sigang is "lub ok" (not fresh). Seriously, you should improve on your food! definitely not coming back and highly not recommended.

Absolutely the most terrible place we’ve been to. In the beginning, we had a great time, until check out. They claim that there had been 1 face towel that’s been missing and that we had to pay for it. But that shouldn’t be the case because we brought our own things, towels included. Unfortunately (and disappointingly), before I even get the chance to retaliate, my husband just paid for it to make the matter close and done. Saying, “karma’s gonna get them even someday”. Tip (if you still plan to stay in this resort despite this negative review telling you to look for other options): Make sure you take a good video of the room before you get in.

Accomodating staff.

We had a great family bonding @ Bearland. The pool is considered great which we enjoyed much during our stay. However, we are disappointed with the service/accommodation they offered given the price we paid. I paid SGD96 which is equivalent to almost 4,000/ night for my booking @ ******* in August, but the moment we reached to check in at around 2:00 pm, we were advised to wait cos the room was not yet ready and they're only able to accommodate us @ around 3:30pm which is late yet upon check out, were not given any grace period but asked to check out on time (12:00 nn). Also the room that they provided us (Siegfred Bungalow is not appropriate for 3 occupants, as it is designed for big number of families. We no need a big space but a comfortable one. Just to highlight the heater is not working and the shower head is rusty, old and not working well. From my booking deluxe budget A is stated but I think it fell short cos we had also experiences from the past which we paid lesser yet our accommodation was beyond our expectation. On top of that, there was a water supply problem on the night of our stay, we had to look for the guard to inform as there's no telephone available in the room for any emergency concerns & no staff at the reception at that time. These are just constructive feedback which the management can improve. I know you can do better if you prioritise the comfort and concern of your customers. This is just our experience, others may have different.
