El Roble Hotel Restaurante

The staff at this hotel are very nice and the evening meal was wholesome. Breakfast was good too with fresh orange juice, toast butter & jam and good cafe con leche and natural yogurt on request. My room was good so why as many reviewers have said don’t they deal with maintenance problems before they become serious! In my bathroom the shower had a door where plastic was falling off when I opened the door. The shower water was leaking through the back of the door and I imagine it will go through to the floor below which is concerning. The water coming from the cold tap had low volume so the shows water was too hot if you wanted pressure. I imagine the cold water pressure was turned down for economic reasons but it turns a wash into a nuisance for customers. There are plenty of bars, a supermarket and a hairdresser next door, though check opening times. There’s also a pleasant plaza next door to watch the world go by.
