Arrivé à l’hôtel, nous avons une chambre avec deux lits alors que j’avais bien mentionné que je voulais un seul pour un couple. L’allée pour aller à la chambre
Et tellement sale qu’il faut partir en courant
De la moquette, très sale bonjour les problèmes d’allergie.
Mais comme il était tard, on avait pas trop le choix
À l’intérieur de la chambre, vous êtes obligé de fermer avec une clé comme autrefois., pas de petit frigo, rien quoi deux lits séparés même pas le code wi-fi.
Pour l’accueil, on a eu une personne très très désagréable.
D’ailleurs, devant nous un couple a rendu la clé est parti sans prendre sa chambre.

Paramos a tomar café y descansar, el estado de los servicios es denunciable, suciedad de meses, realmente desagradable . Mejor que los niños no entren al baño. No puedo opinar del hotel, solo entramos cafeteria..........................

Experiencia lamentable. No hay agua para ducharse desde que llegue a las 8 pm y son mas de las 10 de la noche. No hay ni una manta en la habitación. Solo toallas de lavabo , tampoco una simple toalla de baño... claro que para que la quiero si no tengo agua para ducharme. También he pedido el secador que no había en la habitación, por si hay suerte y mañana consigo ducharme antes de ir al evento. El hotel está viejo, destartalado, desprovisto de lo mas mínimo. Lo he cogido porque dejan mascotas, pero cobran 10 euros /dia por cada una. . Es pet friendly pero NO human friendly.

Alors que j’avais bien indiqué l’âge de mes 3 enfants lors de la réservation sur l’application, l’hôtel m’a réclamé 25€ supplémentaire au motif qu’il y avait une erreur de l’application et que mon plus jeune enfant a 6 ans.

Problemas con el agua caliente
Es el segundo año que nos alojamos en el y hemos tenido el mismo problema. No hay agua caliente a partir de cierta hora por "problemas en la caldera"
