It is located in the heart of the city, the hotel staff is very friendly and the beds are really comfortable. You just have to improve a little the doors, a bit obsolete, but otherwise it is a magnificent hotel to get to know Palencia.

Es un hotel que le sobra una estrella. Es ruidoso. El personal de recepción es poco colaborador. Conectarse con la wifi es casi una lotería. Estoy en un grupo de turismo social y desde el desayuno y la cena, en horarios rígidos, no facilitan ninguna variedad de comida. Si no te gusta, no cenas.

A NOSOTROS NOS TOCO UNA HABITACIÓN REFORMADA CON DUCHA Y EN GENERAL ESTABA MUY BIEN. LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL ES MUY BUENA, CERCA DEL CENTRO Y CON APARCAMIENTO ABIERTO DEL HOTEL MUY CÓMODO. Aunque el hotel está muy bien situado y Palencia es una ciudad que vale mucho la pena, el desayuno que nos dieron a un grupo bastante numeroso del IMSERSO habla por sí solo de la calidad de este hotel. Seguramente el hotel está lleno, estaba al 100% de su capacidad, gracias a los clientes del IMSERSO pero los tres días que desayunamos allí se nos sirvió, sin opción a repetir, un trozo de pan, una loncha de embutido y una fruta.

Poor, poor, poor
Should of known before we arrived there it was likely to be bad. The only good thing was the location and handy parking. On arriving in the hotel we were greeted with a somewhat grumpy individual who struggled speaking Spanish never mind English. He sent us up to the fourth floor even though i said 5th floor in both Spanish and English but he was insistant that room 508 was on the 4th floor. When we arrived on the 5th floor after trying the 4th floor the key did not work. We went down to replace the key to be told we were wrong. The noise levels at night from the other rooms and the bathroom plumbing is terrible. The rooms are very poorly finished with windows that don't close properly, meaning we slept in a draft all night causing my wife to get a flu. The stench of food in the room mainly the bathroom was overwhelming. There was also a problem with the toilet flushing in this very dirty bathrrom. We had been travelling solid for 6 hours so decided to proceed to the restaurant to get food to be told it was reservations only. I could go on with much more about dirty soiled carpets, curtains and general decor but won't bother as it fell on deaf ears. The same individual that greeted us couldn't be bothered to get up off his chair when we were leaving, very much a case of we have your money and F**k you

Creemos es un hotel para invertir dinero si le quieren llamar 4 estrellas. A la vez en recepción bastante secos y ni una sonrisa al recibirnos y marchar.
