*連住2晚，27號退房時，前台鍋蓋劉海兒的大姨，滿臉寫着對工作的不滿，説話態度極差，工作懶慢。
1）退房退200元按金，掃我收款碼，查好房後故意拖延不退，假裝打電話狂按前台座機鍵假裝很忙遲遲不輸付款密碼。
2）催促鍋蓋劉海兒退款後，她什麼時候退的一句話和提示沒有，故意讓住客站着傻等，她啞巴+黑臉。
*且僅有的幾句對話中能感覺鍋蓋劉海兒情緒差素質低不禮貌，講話語氣特別沖，作為酒店前台，相當酒店第二塊招牌，家裡出事可以請假，帶情緒上崗砸酒店招牌就不對。既然拿這個崗位的錢，就該有做好這崗位工作的態度。

前台服務很好 送餐可直接上樓，二樓是洗浴非常方便，周圍也很繁華，這裏性價比很高 下次來出差還會選擇這家店

定的普通標間、就放在二十年前也算豪華標間了、設施陳舊、但價格相對也便宜、最不能忍受的是隔音超級差、半夜11點多回來一羣住宿的人、一直在吵鬧、我聽到12點四十多忍受不了打電話給前台、但事情並未解決、期間我手機下載分貝儀最高達到59分貝，後來受不了、一會嗷嗷一聲怪動靜嚇得心直慌慌，隨後聯繫攜程客服幫忙聯繫老闆聯繫前台直至1點四十多才解決、神經衰弱四點多才睡着、早上六點多房嫂打掃退房房間大聲聊天如菜市場
中午將近十一點半退房、無線耳機落在了酒店、下午四點多想起來給酒店前台打電話、前台現給房嫂打電話房嫂才説確實有、這管理太差了、我不想起來就不説了唄、在華住住前腳走後腳落東西房嫂馬上上交、前台都立即聯繫客户
