Best Western Plus Ticonderoga Inn Suites

Average motor lodge hotel with ridiculously above average prices. Would definitely not recommend staying here again if you have any expectation that the per night charge provides you an upscale hotel experience. It’s $80-$100/ nt hotel in regards to quality and amenities charging $250+/nt. Zero value for the dollar. Also the “breakfast” consists of packaged muffins and days old bagels and cereal with processed eggs. Save your money. Stay at the motel 8 nearby for a fraction of the cost and go to the Dunkin Donuts across the street for better breakfast fair.

There were a few things that were not great. The first thing would be the restaurant not being open on Saturday night in speaking with the manager. I understand that she’s trying to find employees to run it. This should’ve been known to us when we checked in or even on your website or when I booked the reservation because we had no idea we were planning to eat at the restaurant we had been drinking during the day so I couldn’t drive anywhere and there were no Ubers around, so we were forced to eat whatever snacks I had in the room second thing was the hot tub not working and being disgustingly filthy and the pool being ice cold. Also, there’s a couple of pieces of equipment at the gym that aren’t working, and that was a disappointment. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly.

It was a nice stay for the purpose. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was lacking.
