Simple Hotel mit simple room, needed special instructions for light, very short bed bur combatable. Good breackfast but over priced

One night visit. The nice personal on reception. The hotel need renovation for example I got a room with broken floor near bathroom. Also was very noisy neighbors. I got the room without breakfast. In total:" for one night it's ok. Little bite far from the lake.".

Eu me hospedei por 3 noites com outros 22 brasileiros em abril de 2023. Na época o refeitório estava muito bagunçado e sujo. Ao menos 3 quartos estavam com mofo e sujeira no ar-condicionado: quando eu pedi para limpar os atendentes pioraram a situação, pois usaram material inadequado, demoraram a resolver e ainda fumaram no corredor, constrangendo as clientes que estavam aguardando pela limpeza por volta das 11h pm. Somente uma moça da recepção que resolveu depois de muita reclamação. Foi uma sensação ruim me hospedar ai no Jacob (infelizmente), pois eu considero bonitas as fotos publicadas e a localização dele boa, mas devido a essa experiência minha empresa foi prejudicada e eu não o recomendo. Não estou mentindo e nem tenho interesse de prejudicá-los: faço votos que eles tenham melhorado.
