Como tour leader de dois grupos neste mês de maio , tive experiências ruins de quartos sujos, lençóis sujos , nos dois momentos eram festas em Israel e estas duravam até meia noite e todos do meu grupo reclamaram do barulho . Muita gente no hotel , restaurante lotado

A part le buffet qui est de qualité, les chambres ne font pas propres et le matériel est vétuste. De manière général ça fait assez sale. Des punaises de lit ont été retrouvées dans une chambre. Bon emplacement pour rayonner autour de la région.

This was a terrible experience first we had a very cool warm on the street, and then they change the room, but when we came in later to go to sleep, the room was full of gnat

This place is easily accessible. It's not on the water but right near the water. There is a bridge crossing over the highway to put you on the beach. There is a swimming pool. It does have a large buffet supper and breakfast meal available. We stayed in room 510 and there is a consistent sewer smell, and there are many bugs that come in other than that it was OK.

We've got the whole attention we needed - the food was great and rich and all of the staff were very kind and positive with afforts to make our time pleasant as they could- We've experienced much more than our expectations !! The placement of the room was terrible. It was in the very old building and at the great distance from the elevator. the lot was broken and dilapidated.
The room was not comfortable. The refrigerator and conditioner were faulty....

Sadly and not surprisingly, this hotel is no exception. For 350$ we received feces in the bathroom on arrival, dripping pipes, flashing lightbulbs, no working phone and three days to get the second towel for our room and blankets to sleep on the floor because the bed was terrible for us. Some of the staff were lovely. The problems may be managerial. Wishing you luck and tolerance!

Praise Shir from the reception, welcoming and kind, the clean and luxurious room, the rich kitchen and the variety of attractions you gave us and swimming in the pool. We had a lot of fun.
