The manager Nati provided me an excellent service and was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make my stay in the hotel and the city a wonderful place experience. Nati made my 12 day stay a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern and clean and the location is great.

Stayed at this property for 4 nights during a trip to the Galilee. We were personally greeted by the general manager, who explained that a large number of displaced families from the north were currently residing at the property. It was a privilege to reside in the same hotel with them. Rooms were clean and well maintained with stellar views from the lake facing accommodations. We needed the bed split into two singles, and that was done promptly. Any requests were handled quickly and pleasantly. Daily breakfast was robust with a wide selection of offerings. Restaurant staff were helpful, courteous, and thorough. Special mention to Nati, the night manager, who always greeted us warmly - by name - whenever we arrived at or left the hotel and really took care of us during our stay. He, the general manager, and the rest of the staff give great credit to the Leonardo brand and to this property specifically.

As soon as we entered the front door, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Amoon and Nati were so accommodating. They made us feel like we were the most important guests in the hotel. Every time we passed though the lobby, Amoon or Nati called us by name with a warm greeting. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one.

If you are used to good hotels, stop here and look for another place to stay. For the second (and last) time I am staying at a Leonardo network unit that has exchanged quality for popular and volume service. To be precise, the hotel offers a beautiful view and correct facilities, but nothing exceptional. The services are precarious and do not expect any kindness from reception or management. Also forget about easy parking - non-existent at the hotel and difficult on the street, but paid and very popular. The pool is tiny and crowded, and there's no beach access nearby. The food meets the correct "all you can eat" standards, but where quantity and abundance override quality. The frustrated traveler can only look enviously at the good neighboring hotels and ask the question "what did I come here for?"

The best hotel we stayed in in Israel. Exceptional service, especially from the manager Nataniel, who pleased us all the time with gifts and good conversation. The room is large, the view is beautiful and the dinner is very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast is reasonable.
