以色列預訂酒店請注意逼坑：我們預訂的是2間豪華雙人房，但每個房間都衹寫了一個人的名字，沒想到酒店前台説如果是住2個人必須再多付一份房費，即使夫妻也得這樣。我們解釋在中國攜程平台預訂，雙人房寫一個人名字是能住2人，其他國家也可以，另外平台沒有備註説明雙人房必須寫2人名字。酒店根本不接受解釋，説這是以色列的規定，必須遵守。我們電話攜程，客服態度非常好，一直在想辦法同酒店溝通、幫我們想各種解決方案，但酒店態度強硬，房間裏想多住一人必須增加費用1100元，考慮到我們入住已晚，每個房間可以優惠掉300元，被我們拒絕，僵持不下時攜程建議我們先補差1600元住進去，後續她們和國外負責酒店預訂的第三方協商，再幫我們申請退回一部分費用。回到上海，就收到攜程訊息，一共退回900元，等於每個房間自己補貼350元，攜程還是給力的，好評！房間設施比較舊，有陽台能看到海景不錯，但對於我們晚住進去，一早就出發的人來説升級海景房意義不大。

Never in my life have I been to a hotel where they wouldn't let me up to my friends room even after they called her to let me up. Terrible service. The security guard yelled at me and threatened to call the police

This hotel has nice rooms, is in an excellent location and has a great breakfast buffet and an excellent swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is at a private lot next door. I would stay in this hotel again when in Tiberias

Hi i have stayed her in the past nice area nice views but my Ac in the room did not work it was so so hot but was so tired since i was there for few hours to get some sleep

Since my comments demand msny msny more than 200 characters I will submit my response under separate cover. Let it just be said that our stay was an unforgettable disaster. Partly because of lack of vital information like the hotel bring a building site with constant noise beginning st 7:40 am and that no a/c was avaliable in the rooms. Paid for an exec room but were given a regular room. The complaints continue.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location, a magical and relaxing view of Lake Kinneret. Close to everything, a promenade, local businesses, everything you need. Just come and be pampered. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Daniel family. Kfar Rosh Hankara
