Caesar Premier Tiberias Hotel

We had the habit of coming to this hotel once a year. The reason was that we wanted to visit relatives in the area and used to book this hotel again and again because of its staff. The hotel is a regular 4 stars hotel and I don’t have any special remarks regarding its facilities. We just loved the warm family atmosphere we received from its staff, staring with the people in reception, staff in the dining room and staff in the spa. I really don’t know what happened but this has all changed . Staff was replaced and the family atmosphere is gone. For example- Every year we used to invite four people to dinner in the hotel ( we fully paid for it of course). This year we were told the hotel is fully booked and therefore there is no room for us. Incredible- no room for a buffet dinner for four people through the three hours of service ??? Not to mention the fact that we have already been here so many times and still get this treatment. To sum it up - I won’t come again . The magic of a warm family hotel is gone . If this is gone I can certainly choose better hotels in the area . What a shame !

Really enjoyed my stay for two nights. Staff were kind and helpful. Food was plentiful and delicious. Plenty of choice. Desserts were very good. They have high class coffee machines for us to use. Really clean and comfy rooms with all you need for the stay. Pools were great. Massage was fantastic. I hope you get the lady I got to massage me, i still feel good now. Great view of the kinneret.

We had a wonderful experience at the Caesar Hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They kept the lobby, dining room, and rooms clean. The decorating was pleasant. The veranda overlooking the lake was a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of the water and the mountains beyond. The public areas always had enough space for everyone to sit and converse. The dining room was lovely and the food was excellent with a large variety of choices and plentiful salads and delicious desserts. All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had a great time good food even on pesuch great rooms good activities and over all a great experience
