Not wow hotel, poor cleaning, they charged me extra VAT 17% claiming that state of Israel not like other countries, in my opinion rude answer, I need full refund as such cheating amount was not mentioned, once we book and pay amounts including taxes & charges, then nothing called VAT 17% and US$ rate with ILS was over high, simply cheat hotel, I do not recommend booking in it, not equal money paid

Petit bémol on ne peux plus ouvrir les fenêtres à partir de 17h pour éviter une Invasion de moustiques

Expensive for what you get...
The hotel is under renovations and it isn't mentioned on the description.
We asked to cancel an hour after booking when we found out and the hotel refused.
The hotel asked for additional 17% taxes which were in small print of the booking page (misleading!)
Note that they charge per person in the room and not per room even if it has double bed.
The hotel is quite old and the access to the pool is far and not accessible with stroller (lots of stairs).
The food in the hotel was tasteless and dry, not to our liking.
The good part was the view from our room and the size of the room (suite with lake view)

Superbe vue et Hôtel correct
Hotel sympathique avec un bon service. Meubles un peu vieillot. Ce serait vraiment très bien de moderniser ces meubles qui donnerait un coup de neuf à l'ensemble. Vue magnifique sur le lac de Tibériade (chambre supérieure). Ce serait mieux encore si les vitres étaient bien nettoyées.....
Piscine assez grande et agréable sauf le samedi ou on trouve énormément de monde. A noter si vous prenez demie-pension c'est obligatoirement le petit déjeuner et le diner. J'ai essayé de prendre le déjeuner à la place du diner, cela m'a été formellement interdit !!!!!
