Room facilities: It opened not long ago. The bedding and decoration are very new. There is still a smell when you enter the door. The smell fades after opening the window for ventilation. Being close to the road, there are many large cars at night, so light sleepers may be affected if the windows are fully closed. Hotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.
