The location is inside Tianshui Ancient City, a bit hard to find. Breakfast is a collaboration with the shop next door, only available from 8 AM, which is different from the information provided here. The room's screen mirroring works fine, but there are constant ads… The room doesn't have a key; it has a combination lock, so you don't have to worry about only having one card for two people. The front desk provides many free small items that you can use. The downsides are that if you stay on the first floor, you'll hear noise from outside, and if no one is at the front desk during check-in, you'll have to wait.

It's not far from places like Fuxi Temple, Yuquan Temple, and the ancient city. Taxi fares are reasonable, so if you want to take a walk to see the night view, you can walk back. The service was excellent. The front desk manager was very welcoming and greeted everyone entering and leaving. The front desk was also very good. They upgraded my room and even sent me water in the evening, which was very prompt and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. While the facilities aren't the newest, the service is much better than many new hotels in Tianshui. The parking lot isn't large, but the security guards were very responsible and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here.

房間不是太大，桌椅比較少，包多的話沒地方放，電視是擺設，衹能投屏，位置不錯，在市政府對面，停車位本來少且和隔壁足浴店共用，比較緊張。車被堵住，我要去高鐵站接人，打電話等了半天才挪車，差點誤事！房間衞生還算乾淨，浴巾也是一次性的，但衞生間好像沒換氣扇，地暖壓根沒開，打了3次電話説讓人去看，結果最後還是沒開，地板冰涼的，好在這兩天暖和房間裏不是太冷不然容易感冒，窗衹能開15度角，沒法較好的通風，隔音較差，隔了兩間屋的一對情侶凌晨還在吵架，也沒人管，害的我一晚失眠，還有國內酒店大多14點退房，12點退房吃午飯時間就不好安排，望能更改！

This was the second Mercure hotel on our trip, and overall, the facilities were quite good. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is clean and bright. As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. What truly stood out was that on each floor's common area, right outside the elevator, there was a row of complimentary bottled water. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent.

Facilities: Fully equipped with smart home features. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, housekeeping was prompt. Environment: Located in the city center, making transportation very convenient. You can walk to the Mala Tang street, Yusheng Alley, and the old town. Service: There's a dedicated underground parking lot, and parking is free during your stay. The security guard was very kind and helped with parking. The front desk staff were all great; they upgraded our room and gave us a welcome gift. This will be my first choice hotel when I visit Tianshui again.

The service was warm and attentive; the front desk and staff were friendly and responsive to all requests, which made me feel very well looked after. The breakfast had a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious—I was very satisfied. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, so there was no worry about parking for those driving. The location is also excellent, making travel easy with plenty of amenities nearby. It offers great value for money. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose it again next time!

My boyfriend took me to Tianshui this time, and we chose this hotel, which is located in the old city. The hotel is decorated in a new Chinese style, the environment and hygiene are excellent, and the service is very enthusiastic. The beautiful ladies in the front hall will upgrade the room type. The whole house is smart, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are suitable for sleeping. I recommend it to my friends. I booked a breakfast without breakfast, and bought one separately. Tianshui is the first key place for our self-driving tour. The main reason is to choose here is the location. It is close to Culture Street, convenient transportation, cheap fruits, especially Huaniu Apple. We have more than ten yuan a catty here. Tianshui dumplings cost 5 yuan. Strawberries are also cheap, 20 yuan two catties, we have 48 catties here, Envy the happiness of the people of heaven and water.
