酒店位置優越，離市中心距離很近，去光明巷，百貨大樓，步行街和古城，伏羲廟都很近。前台接待Ariel。Aria尤其是Tony很熱情，貼心。房間乾淨整潔，值得下次再住。

3月6日入住1912房客。這次是我住假日酒店體驗最差的一次！19:07外賣送到説是機器人送房間，結果等到19:25打電話問前台，告知機器人剛剛送了一遍沒人取？？我一直在房子裏等。讓她們重新安排送一次結果19:35等不及直接去了前台，送餐機器人安詳的在前台，在前台人員陪同下從1樓機器人那裡取了已經放了半小時的外賣。
我想投訴的有兩點：1.如果前台對送餐機器人使用不熟悉或者機器人故障，可以直接告知下來取外賣。而不是在接電話時撒謊機器人已經送了一次立馬安排又讓顧客白等了10分鐘。（此事件支持你們調取酒店監控核實）
2.作為鑽石會員，辦理入住時候前台告知會有歡迎水果稍後送至房間，但直到3月7日中午退房也一直沒有。是失誤還是其他原因？

房間很好，乾淨整潔，隔音也很好，早餐很豐盛，工作人員的服務態度也很好，尤其是接待的Daisy 和Nico兩位小姐姐，很用心，後面來天水出差還會選擇。

Holiday Inn Express has a good location, standardized management, quiet rooms, convenient travel, a wide variety of breakfast options, and very useful laundry and drying equipment. The front desk staff are very nice, especially Daisy and Kico. Whenever you see the front desk staff, they are standing and greeting you with a smile.
