服務非常好。因為出發時間晚，酒店在景區內，必須趕在景區關門前進入。路上，酒店和攜程客服都非常細心打電話來確認到達時間，協助預估到達時間。最終我們順利抵達。餐廳服務也很不錯。服務員熱情講解觀賞水鹿時間地點。非常滿意的一次旅行。

房間很老了，我們定的三人間，房間很寬敞，我們十月中下旬去的，晚上挺冷的，房間沒有暖氣，有電熱毯。酒店的伙食還可以，價格也公道，看動物很好，天亮肯定有猴子，天黑肯定有水鹿。

The location is fantastic and allows to reach easily the bus stop bringing us to nature spots but the hotel is relatively run down. The restaurant was also very disappointing!
