環境優美，慈朗驛酒店就在慈朗湖邊上，湖水清澈透明，還有幾對兒黑天鵝在湖水中靜靜遊蕩，四周青山環抱，鬱鬱葱葱滿眼綠色，空氣不要太清新，讓人心曠神怡。不管中午温度多高，太陽多曬，清晨和徬晚湖邊都是讓人舒適的21-22度，所以在環湖步道上鍛鍊的長者小孩絡繹不絕，盡享那份大自然的奢華。房間乾淨衞生，非常安靜，早餐也不錯，缺點就是房間稍微緊湊了些。我給4.99分。

非常糟糕的體驗，通過攜程訂的酒店，2個相同的房型。但到了酒店，給分配的2個房間差距巨大，一個203，一個205。205很大，很安靜，203很小，並位置極度尷尬，當街，廁所外面就是馬路（可以看照片）。這個房型還有一個1平方米左右的小房間，裏面放了一個椅子，當時進去也不知道這房間是幹啥的，因為房間窗外就是一棵死死貼着房子樹，亂七八糟，除此之外啥都看不到。房間非常吵，那個什麼氛圍燈，一開就瘋狂在那亂閃，就是壞掉的那種閃，服了。我們要求換房。下午2點過辦理的入駐，但酒店前台説我這個是豪華標間，就衹有這2間了，拒絕給我換房間。語氣非常叼，説可以把錢全部退給我，讓我換地方住，我也很驚訝了，服務員不解決問題，竟然提出退錢換酒店，這是在趕客嗎？然後，我説我看攜程上同樣房型還有再賣，怎麼可能沒有房間了？酒店前台就説讓我去訂，説攜程並不知道他們到底有沒有房間，我也非常疑惑，這個酒店有沒有房間，攜程也不知道，兩者的合作關係是多麼的熟悉又陌生？然後，我們請服務員幫我們把2個床拼起來，這樣會稍微大一點，被拒絕了，我們衹好自己拼，這個待遇也是在別的酒店沒有遇到過的。第二天早上，8:10分，服務員很急地敲門，一頓震驚，還以為哪裡發生火災了那麼急迫敲住客的門，結果是送水啊，親人們，送了2瓶礦泉水。一頓納悶，讓女兒去問，為什麼我們沒有要水，卻要在早上8點過把我們敲醒，結果是服務員搞錯了房間。拜託，毫無服務可言，服務態度極差，甚至是趕客。我也不是非這個酒店不住，在陌生的縣城，帶着長者小朋友，不想搬來搬去了。請大家慎選該酒店。

位置很好！湖景也很漂亮。出酒店環湖走一圈還是很巴適。就是衞生不太好，早上起床才發現枕頭上有血漬😵😵感覺不太好了
