設施相對陳舊。在景區門口，服務員的服務態度很好，早餐稍微差一點。可以幫訂門票會有便宜。坐纜車下來之後要走路回去拿行李相對不方便。白天有接駁車從景點出入口到酒店這個還可以。

太差了，嚴重不推薦，，本來為了爬盤山方便預訂的，結果酒店不能停車，指定的停車場距離酒店還有700米，路上坑坑窪窪，極其不好走，晚上連路燈都沒有，開車開到膽戰心驚，酒店號稱有擺渡車到停車場，也是極其難等，走的時候等了好久也沒來，衹好拉着箱子領着小孩走到停車場，體驗很差，早餐也很差，不如在離盤山遠一點的地方訂了，本來節省時間，結果反而耽誤時間。房間設施也不舒服，衞生間、淋浴房跟外面居然沒有門！

早餐特別好 大餅最好吃 雞蛋 菜很豐盛。酒店管理特別好 對面的餐廳吃飯價格實惠。在北京20吃一碗麪，那裡22一盆西紅柿炒雞蛋麪 菜量也大。超滿意。擺渡車車接車送 酒店店員很熱情 回答問題特別積極 細緻！
