真的是出乎意料的好，酒店賓客服務主任Tina，很貼心，柔聲細語的語氣加上禮貌温柔的接待，讓客人感到相當的舒適親切！從前台的接待，到行李小哥哥的服務以及對房間的介紹，還有客房服務的打掃，再到服務員的禮貌，硬件軟件都很不錯👍超級滿意👍風景好 交通便利 酒店住的舒服 服務也很好 相當推薦！早餐一進門為大家做鍋巴菜和豆腐腦麪茶的服務員小哥哥，太讚了👍一天的開心從早餐開始！還有早餐的蘭州拉麪，相當有水平 贊b

是維九月，序屬三秋。
很開心在中秋月圓之夜下榻悦榕莊天津衞店。
前台Mia Zheng 幫忙辦的入住，隨後便有專人引領入住，過程自然而流暢。
推開門便是之前溝通好的特別安排，在兩衹天鵝🦢交匯處還有鮮花，頗有趣味。迎賓水果也隨後送到。
其中過程按下不表。夜晚的海景十分的美。河景房名不虛傳。忍不住下樓看了一眼海河邊的生活氣息，望去年之後依然可以攜佳人在河沿説一段論捧逗，頗有天津特色與鬆弛。
回酒店之後開夜床也非常温馨，恰到好處。一塊月餅幾多相思。香薰的味道催人入睡。
有機會還會再來。

主要缺點就是感覺燈光按鍵不太好用！接觸不良的感覺！還有就是早餐，太難吃了，是我去過的五星酒店裡麪，最難吃的一個！沒什麼好吃的東西！優點就是服務還可以，游泳池很大，水很清，加分項！

第三次來天津親子家庭遊，第二次入住悦榕莊。選擇入住悦榕莊，必然也是經過一些比較之後安排的行程。首先酒店的地理位置確實極佳，距離古文化街，意風，天津之眼都非常近，對帶娃的家庭比較友好。再説飲食，真心覺得白雲中餐廳菜品很棒，尤其海鮮麪，老少適宜，就餐環境安逸舒適，中秋期間自助晚餐的各類海鮮很新鮮，尤其鰨目魚，簡單生煎味道一流。最後説服務和硬件，都能給人適度且放鬆的體驗感。中秋期間大堂吧還舉辦了中秋車掛手工活動，娃很開心。
