房間蠻乾淨，希爾頓酒店的標準款，我先入住的是5519房，房間裏的保險箱壞了，打電話找前台安排人修理，那師傅也不知道哪有問題，讓前台找空房間換一個過來，前後折騰了一個多小時，最終，客服人員讓我搬到5207房，我又收拾了一通東西換房間。直接把那個密碼箱換一下不是更方便嗎？！説實話，有些職業養成的槓精比較多，服務行業的槓精並不是很常見。

I was very satisfied with the hotel room. We upgraded to the best room type for free on our tenth anniversary. This service is simply amazing! Very good. Some groups are unwilling to upgrade even if there are vacancies. This service really makes a difference.
The super deluxe suite I stayed in was very good, suitable for a family of three or four with an extra bed. It is also suitable for weddings, etc. Anyway, I like the Chinese style. By the way, I think the garden view room should be good because the hotel setting is very good!

The front desk service was very good. There was a gentle and beautiful girl with long black hair. I don’t know if her name is Vicky. Anyway, she or they provided very good service.
Disadvantages
① The midweek dinner was poor, with only a few hot dishes, noodles and a few cold dishes. The pure Chinese style did not match the set meal.
② I ate a fruit plate and vomited, which was very disgusting (the taste of raw meat was particularly obvious when eating watermelon slices)

Now when I come to Tianjin Binhai New Area, Hilton is my first choice. I stayed in this hotel with five-star service. The first room I stayed in had a strong smell of smoke. I went downstairs to change rooms and the front desk guy immediately upgraded the room type. The service in the buffet restaurant was also very good this time.
