優點：地理位置優越，酒店外觀大堂裝修富麗堂皇，客房過道及房間裝修極富東北特色且復古至六七十年代，讓人耳目一新。早餐很豐盛。
缺點：第一，衞浴間較小，無沖涼用塑膠鞋，沖涼不方便。洗手盆很漂亮，但不實用，水龍頭靠着盆邊，不便洗毛巾、接水。 第二，房間及衞生間均放置易碎的瓷瓶等，很美，但一不小心容易打碎。有些角落有灰塵渣子。第三，前台服務有待提高，服務跟整個酒店的環境不匹配，具體不多説。本要連住幾天的，結果第一天拿卡時就説明天十二點前退房😀。所以後訂的兩天房果斷退訂了，天津又不止你們一家酒店。第二天退房時，請查房，服務員説不用查直接走，我説按金200元不查怎麼退，她説原路返回，臉冷冰冰，我不問她就不説，我要求她立馬操作退，她操作好了也不告知，等了一會，問她才説已退，真差勁。
