賓館臨近百貨大樓繁華地段，交通方便，周邊飯店多，後院有停車場。房間寬敞明亮，衞生好，空調製熱效果好，也有暖氣，一進走廊就很暖和。Wi-Fi速度快，熱水充足，床也很舒服，提供免費的小瓶水。前台服務熱情，還給免費升級了房間。推薦！

這家住宿性價比很高，乾淨而且有一次性的毛巾和免費贈送的礦泉水。停車場很大，停車對於我這種新手女司機特別友好。夜間很安靜，附近就餐很方便，距離百貨商場很近，附近有各種各樣的特色小吃和漢沽區最熱鬧的美食街。前台姐姐和保潔阿姨服務態度很好，非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，以後來漢沽區還在這家住宿！

房間有異味，地板破爛不堪，室內設備老舊，網上相片拍得好，訂房間的提前看好，避免踩坑，本人親身體驗，定了兩個房間，過去一看，環境不行，過了18點不予退費，經溝通也不退款，付款完款項，沒有入住，也不會退款。

地理位置離航母公園13公里，屬於漢沽的繁華地段，去航母要提前約車不然晚上根本打不到車，賓館設施比較陳舊，洗浴也比較簡易，我們住的一樓窗外是停車場，早晚都有停車的有點吵，老闆娘人很好很熱情。
