地理位置很好，就在五大道里。裝修很好，與圖片一致，但免費飲料框裏沒看到有礦泉水，有一小段樓梯需要自己抬行李箱，而且不是獨衞，隔音不太好。店家可以配個耳塞。

為什麼會有差評？我不理解，在五大道核心地段，一個獨棟小洋樓裏，房間又大又乾淨，人家才收咱們二百的房費呀（良心價呀真的良心價了）裝修也用心了（西洋風格，我住了一天，感覺非常棒，夥計們你們可以放心來住，我是金鑽會員不會亂講的，而且感覺實際房間比照片上還要好，
