房間挺好的 給升級了房間 也辦了張會員卡 有送早餐 也延時退房了 前台服務好 衞生可以 保潔阿姨 還有食堂阿姨看見人也會問好

漢庭酒店早餐服務體驗很差。9點下樓餐品所剩無幾，等待時間很長，讓人飢腸轆轆，體驗極差。更糟糕的是，服務人員態度冷漠，面對客人的催促與詢問，顯得不耐煩，缺乏應有的熱情與耐心。早餐品種雖不算少，但在這樣的服務下，用餐心情大打折扣。對於一家酒店而言，早餐服務是體驗的重要環節，希望漢庭酒店能重視此問題，提升服務質量，不要讓糟糕的早餐服務影響了整體評價。
