The room is very clean, the facilities are complete, the service is good, the robot delivers the goods, it is very close to the train station, and there is Li Gong Building next to it. Generally the hotel is clean, near subway, and a few stops away from central areas, as well as airport. Staff is mostly courteous and professional. However, we do encounter a loud uncle shouting at us when we get confused and walked my daughter towards the swiming pool men's changing room (not even close though).

I was very satisfied with everything. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Beian Bridge and Dante Square, facing the Italian style area, with large windows to see the city view, 1.8-meter big bed, very comfortable to sleep on, 3-separated bathroom, easy to use, and a mini bar, providing basic drinking water and small bottles of beverages and coffee drip bags, the service is also good, there is a time-honored fried dough twist on the first floor as a souvenir, no need to run to three places to buy, downstairs there is a crosstalk hall and foot bath bar street, the bar street stops noisy at 11 o'clock, and it will not affect the rest, it's up to you to spend money, I will stay here again when I go to Tianjin next time

The place to stay in Tianjin! We always stay here when returning to Tianjin. Location is the best and service is outstanding. Take Metro Line 1 - Exit XiaoBaiLou station and go out the A or D exit. A is shorter but D exit has less stairs (if you are pulling luggage). As you exit you will see the hotel directly in front of you. Rooms are of a classic design with solid walls ensuring a good sleep. Windows can be opened which is a nice feature. Staff are all very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. There are many shops, restaurants, parks and other attractions all within walking distance or short metro ride. We did not have the hotel breakfast this time but on prior visits it has been fantastic. Tianjin is well known for great breakfasts - do not miss the Jianbing guozi ! Thank you to everyone at the Clarion for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back soon.

The hotel is in a great location. There are many things to see in the area. We enjoyed taking night walks while there. Unfortunately, we booked a non-smoking room and the room definitely was not. It also seemed like counters had not been wiped down before we entered the room. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again because of the location.

The air conditioner is powerful. Although it is on a high floor, the water pressure is sufficient and the shower water is large and hot. However, there is no anti-slip mat or floor towel in the bathroom, so it will be a bit slippery after taking a shower. The room size is OK, the bedding is comfortable and soft. I have to complain about the curtains, which are relatively thin and cannot block light. There is light leakage on both sides. I thought I slept until noon, but it was only six in the morning. . .

Environment: I booked a big bed suite. The room is in a courtyard. The door is the yard. It is a lively alley from the yard. It is very convenient to several surrounding attractions. Very northern characteristics, for tourists from the south, it is also a very novel experience.
Service: The boss is very kind, we arrived in the middle of the night because of our own reasons. The boss is still waiting patiently for us to stay. There is not only a restaurant on the third floor but also free laundry and drying. I have never had such a good service attitude in a hotel before. I like it so much. My family also thinks this accommodation choice is very good. I will book this hotel again in the future!

The location of the hotel was excellent. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us.
The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included.
I will definately stay there if I happen to visit Tianjin again.

Location is excellent, right next to the Tianjin Station and nearby tourist attractions. Hotel rooms begin from 47 and above. Breakfast, gym and laundry locate on the top floor, 51st floor. Free parking at basement 3.
Rooms come with a great river view overlooking the city. Rooms look relatively clean and contemporary, bedsheets and towels are all clean and changed daily.
Cons:
The hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway and in bedrooms. Cigarette smoke kept coming in through the door and possibly the ventilation when someone was smoking regularly in the hallway. Especially the lift waiting area was horribly strong, clothes and hair were all covered in cigarette smoke.
Small hotel, guest rooms are between 47/50, the lifts have to go from the check in lobby at first floor all the way up til 51, therefore extremely slow lifts, especially during this time of the year, Chinese new year holidays where the hotel is packed, late check-in due to the cleaners were too busy to get all the rooms cleaned up for guests to check in and get the room cards on time, breakfast buffet ran out of dining space at peak hours, guests had to queue outside the hallway.
All communal areas are small, e.g the waiting areas and the toilets at the lobby. Very tiny gym, could fit maximum 5-6 people at the same time.
Recommend to book this hotel during the off peak seasons, not a hotel for big families.

GGuest UserThis time I was really surprised. I was attracted by the big screen at the door. This hotel is on the Italian style street. The location is invincible. I can see that I have been careful. The room is very clean and I changed the room experience halfway. My suggestion is to come with the buddies. It must be a bunk bed, it feels too much, The big bed is suitable for small couples, and the sound insulation is also first-class. The front desk service was great, and there were robots to deliver meals. I asked about a set of equipment for tens of thousands. I came to a set of pancakes and fruits in the morning. It was perfect. The only thing that was not enough was that the traffic was large. The parking had to be arranged by the uncle at the door, but the uncle was very enthusiastic. The room was set in advance as much as possible. Very satisfied this time 👍

AAnonymous UserI have to boast, first of all, I didn't expect to be so close to Tianjin South Railway Station, so comfortable hotel. I heard from the manager that I just opened the store for 3 days and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The decoration is very atmospheric.
Let's talk about the service, because I didn't catch up with the high-speed rail at night with my friends, and the hotel was temporarily set. In fact, I was exhausted, and the front desk lady was very caring and thoughtful. I added my WeChat to contact her at any time, gave us a twin room to the store, and was responsible for watching the takeaway for us, and sent us upstairs with a robot.
Check out the next morning, and I remembered what I lost at noon. Miss WeChat, Miss Sister can express me to my next stop.
I can meet such a caring hotel on the trip, and my mood is really beautiful ～～～

VVerusha GovenderThe accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

WWaiki AliThe room was pretty tidy, clean and spacious. I booked the hotel just because the pool but using wasn’t that satisfactory. The pool is inside a private gym and there are lots of swimming coaches who don’t let you swim because they feel they are the owner of the place. The coaches are very rude as well. The pool is not a place you can’t relax and enjoy with your family for sure. The manager of the hotel had to come to try and solve the problem which it was already too late (we have argued with 2 of the coaches because they were being impolite and crossing the line with us). To apologies, the manager gave us a 200 yuan discount ticket we could use in one of the restaurant downstairs. Overall the hotel was good, just have in mind if you want to use the pool.
