Later, we went to other nearby attractions and saw Atour, but none of them had a quiet and clean environment like this one. The lady at the front desk was very nice. We booked the wrong room type and asked if we could change it. She upgraded us directly. The room size and type were suitable. The facilities were pretty good. There was a refrigerator for overnight food. We slept well. It was a little noisy when the door next to us opened in the morning, so we could bring earplugs. I had an early flight and arrived at the hotel around 10 am, just wanted to put our luggage there but hotel front allowed us an early check in. This really help us who had an overnight flight to rest a bit before going around Tianjin When we went inside the room there was XiaoDu little tablet to welcome us with song. U can order XiaoDu by speaking like plz open the curtain ( of course in Chinese), I liked to speak with him but don't know why XiaoDu don't follow my order in the mornings To Sum up I would give 10 out of 5, I will stay here again if I go to Tianjin the hotel locate across the road at the exit C very convenient!!!!!!!! PS.Breakfast is OK, food are variable. ( not for me though. I only like those cold dishes ) Oh they also gave us some snack when checking out

The hotel is well situated and is a very busy intersection leading to the river bridge. Also 2 mins walk to access two different line 3 subway stations and 10 mins walk towards the main Tianjin railway station. There are few English speaking staff but they are very professional and polite and can communicate with translation app if needed. Cleanliness everywhere and laundry is free with robot delivery at your door. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with lots of night life activities.

I loved everything about this hotel - the location is amazing, it’s so beautiful around and it’s literally 1 step from the subway. Night market is just around the corner, shops and cafes nearby. Love it

Hotel is very comfortable and clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood place. Easy access to metro and shopping areas by taxi or a short walk. Customer service was okay, day staff had someone who spoke English . Night staff had only Chinese speaking staff but when we got an issue she sorted our issue using the translate app and made sure we were comfortable. We got complimentary breakfast which was ok,a blend of western and Chinese. Make sure to close your windows at night or noise out on the street will distract your sleep. Highly recommended.
