衞生環境挺好的，就是入住時間到了還沒有收拾好，入住時間已經過去兩個小時了還沒收拾好，沒法入住，前台服務態度差！差評差評！前台服務態度不好超級不好

酒店管理極其不規範，第一，入住時未告知退房時間，第二，退房時間到了沒有提醒，睡過頭超了一個小時，退房時酒店明明答應了點個好評，免收超時費，我説了在趕時間，晚點會幫你點的，因為要趕時間回去吃飯，我説晚點會點，還沒來得及點評就直接加收了費用！如果超過一天沒有點，你加收我就無話可説，承諾過的事情，很不講信譽！其一這是前台接待入住退房流程不規範問題！其二，酒店對着公園的，很吵，有吹笛子，唱歌的，換了房間後不吵了，空調有點噪音，這個可以理解，因為是設施可能舊了，沒辦法要求你換個新的！也是可以理解，設施其實最重要的就是熱水問題，熱水不穩定，開過來多了太熱，慢慢調過來後一會兒直接變冷了，熱水忽冷忽熱，不好調節！這些硬件設施問題，就算顧客提出建議你也不可能改變，因為需要工程，其實衹要服務上服務好，這些都可以包容，可以理解！問題是硬件設施欠缺的情況下，服務也跟不上。沒有經過客户同意直接扣費！
