Visited tonight with my wife with the intensions of having tea and coffeein the bar. Was told on entry that the bar was only available for food, even though the bar was half empty. Live locally and have entertained family members previously there leaving substantial money. Had intended to lunch there this week but will now spend my money elsewhere. Will b letting friends and aquintences know of this experience

I stayed in Hayes Hotel for one night and unfortunately, found it to be a poor experience. I was offered ear plugs at reception as the room I had booked was near their late-night bar. I requested another room and this was facilitated. Unfortunately, the noise from the late-night bar went on until 3.30am with people drunk outside my hotel bedroom. It is not good enough to charge these rates and not ensure your customers get a decent night's sleep. I will not be returning or recommending.

One night stay, excellent central location with ample parking in the back. The room was quite small but a good size bathroom and a huge comfortable bed. Very large food portions for breakfast. Easy check in and out. The only flaw is there is no lift and lots of steps, but fine for us.

Outside seating area looks great. Resturant area inside very nice, clean and attractive. Meals look amazing. Enjoy a Guinnes and watch the world go by. Relaxing with excellent service. Very popular. You can view the kitchens preparing meals.

Room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfy. The room I stayed in however was a little tilted and I felt like I had vertigo. I set my suitcase down when I entered the room and it rolled back to the door. Had a lovely meal in the bar and staff were very friendly & helpful.

Restaurant was shocking service. We got table straight away but waiting to order for 20 mins. Even people next to us said they very slow here. Anyway enough was enough, we left before we even got to order. Very poor. Won't be returning. Staff seemed more interested in the horse race on the TV

Cute hotel right in the main square of town. Walking distance to many shops but the weather was kinda bad so I did not venture out too far on this trip. Clean towels and a hot shower but the bedsheets had some marks on them and there were a few wee bugs about the room. Would give them a 4* review if not for the bed and bug concerns. (There were like 3 midges and a fruit fly so nothing like terrible terrible!) I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again
