The hotel is in a great location. Opposite the door is the lake. very quiet. The open-air bar and music in the evening are intoxicating. The hotel customer service greeted us politely. fast. The room is simple, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is rich in variety. Enjoy breakfast and look at the beautiful mountains in the distance. There is a bus stop at the door and a 7-minute drive to the train station. recommend.

The elevator is a bit inconvenient because it seats two people, but it is nice because it has a terrace and a clean room. The salmon served for breakfast is the best.

Das Hotel besitzt keine Klimaanlagen, das Restaurant ist alkoholfrei, es wird kein Schweinefleisch serviert, Strassenseitiger Zimmer sind sehr laut und mit geschlossenem Fenster zu warm. In den Hotel Beschreibungen ist das nirgends erwähnt. ☹ Eingang Schlüssel funktionierten nicht, man musste warte, dass jemandem die Thur aufmacht (nur via Natel war möglich die Notfallnummer wählen, da die Nacht-Klocke funktioniert nicht). Reception- und Führungsstab waren sehr arrogant sehr arrogant, dafür Service und Zimmer-Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Fenster waren noch mit Spinnweben belegt

Wir haben einen Zweiertisch um 18:00 Uhr vor der Premiere der Seespiele Thun reserviert, wie wird das in den letzten Jahren immer gemacht hatten. Aber diesmal war alles anders. Wir waren um 17:50 Uhr da, die Terrasse war nur zur Hälfte besetzt, was erstaunlich ist, wenn daneben die Premiere stattfindet. Als der sympathische Kellner verkündet hat, dass das Restaurant Hotel alkoholfreien sei, habe ich gedacht, das sei ein Witz, aber es war die Wahrheit. Die Karte ist sehr klein gehalten. Wir haben einen Salat und Fischknusperli bestellt. Nach 25 Minuten warten kriegt der Tisch nebenan sein Essen, ob schon die Leute nach uns gekommen sind. Der Kellner sagte etwas vom vertauschten Coupons. Auf alle Fälle haben wir das Restaurant auf 55 Minuten warten verlassen, ohne auch nur den Salat gekriegt zu haben. ich glaube die Küche ist gar nicht richtig besetzt. Ich weiss nicht was mit diesem Hotel passiert ist sei es neue Besitzer hat, aber so wird das sehr wahrscheinlich nicht lange dauern! Alle Gäste waren am warten oder wollten zahlen, sehr seltsam. Nach diesem Frusterlebnis muss ich mir fürs nächste Jahr etwas neues einfallen lassen. Früher war das immer super.

Im Bad lagen noch Haare an verschiedenen Orten vom Vorgänger am Boden. Da müsste das reinigungspersonal wohl etwas besser hinschauen. Ansonsten alles bestens und sehr freundliches Personal.

Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, befindet sich auch gleich am See. Es gibt in begehbarer Nähe verschiedene gute Restaurants( Rest. Pizzeria Lachen, Casablanca, Rest. Rössli). Frühstück super mit genügend Auswahl. Vielen Dank

The hotel is clean, well decorated and has really friendly staff. The manager, Marcello, is superb, dynamic and runs a great team. The hotel does not serve alcohol, but once warned there’s a petrol station close by with a range of drinks, so it’s good to get a room with a balcony/terrace to enjoy a glass on. The rooms are a good size, the suites enormous. Breakfast offers a good range of fresh breads, cheeses, hams, yoghourts, juices and hot sausages and scrambled eggs. You can also boil your own fresh eggs !! Coffee is good. The hotel is also on a v good bus route into the centre, just 4 stops away, ideal with the free Panorama bus pass that the hotel gives you. In the daytime busses are every 10 minutes. we will definitely return.
