What an amazing place in the middle of Saigon. You would not expect what you get, an oasis and oasis of relaxation with high quality service. One word to describe to facilities and service….. amazing.

We really loved our stay here. The staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive, we felt the immersion of greenery combined with comfortable wonderful rooms and delicious food. We felt relaxed straightaway . Loved the setting by the river. The Koi fish were a triumph, as was the organic vegetable garden… honestly lovey place, will recommend it, hope to come back.

The layout and the place is like paradise outside the city . There are many mosquitoes so need to wear long clothes but the hotel will provide mosquito repellent and netting for sleeping, food there is great, breakfast is amazing and the staff there is helpful.

The jungle-like resort was very nice. The forested and nature-friendly appearance was spectacular.
The interior of the room also had a nice lemon scent, and both dinner and breakfast while looking out over the Saigon River were satisfying.
However, because it was natural, there were many rats on the walls and trees. I thought it was because it was outside, but... I couldn't sleep because of the rats running around the ceiling at night.
The staff came to check the minibar when checking out, but their attitude was very rude and I felt bad.
Their behavior, such as counting each towel and spreading them on the floor even though it was still our room, erased all the good memories of this resort. Because of that attitude and urging, I even left my luggage behind... If you don't want to spend a lot of money and feel bad, I recommend not going.

To be honest, this is one of the best resort I’ve ever experienced, they provide butler service and my butler Tuyen is so accommodating, she’s proactive and make sure we have great experience here. I would love to come back here next time I visit HCMC, one more thing should be compliments is they provide boat shuttle to the city centre and I would ask people who stay here to try the boat ride which is so great and convenient.
Everything is perfect to me, the only thing I regret is I only stay 2 nights here, which should stay longer 🤣🥰
