Nice Place to stay, Booked the premium room and they provided deaulxe rooms too much late check out charges 2 hrs extra cost 2K Food items(Lunch/Dinner) are Ok ok , too much costly not worth of the cost Breakfast is very nice Some of the staff members are supportive 3rd floor will have the sound effects of bar ; choosing 2nd floor would be great

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Convenient location and great service. Only thing mentionable was the buffet breakfast, whilst the quality was good, it was a very, very limited spread.

We stayed in for one night in early February at this hotel after perusing past reviews. The check in was quick and efficient. The allotted room was spacious , clean with a king-size sprung mattress which was not much to our liking as it was not comfortable and rather squeaky. There were clean towels in the bathrooms, no floor mats and no toilet rolls, the latter were delivered on request. The shower area was a disaster, as there were no curtains to separate the toilet seat resulting in a wet seat and a soaking soggy toilet roll! The outlet drain was clogged and we were standing in a pool of water in a supposedly wet room. Being middle aged with not so good eyesight. we had problems figuring out what the black switches controlled. No comments on the the complimentary breakfast, which we skipped to make an early start on our journey. Our check out experience was not smooth, the receptionist hadn’t charged the card machine overnight so our credit could not be used and he demanded cash payment instead. In summary, this hotel is not 3 stars as claimed. The negatives I have outlined needs to be addressed if we were to stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Thrissur city. It is at Koorkanchery on Kodungallur Road. Good location. 1.7 KM from Railway Station. Good reception. Front office staff are cooperative. The room is spacious. I stayed here for two days. Got room number 309. Hygienic and well maintained toilet. Housekeeping is excellent. There are toiletry kits including dental kit. There is a tea maker and a refrigerator in the room. There is free Wi-Fi. But not enough net speed. Got running hot water only for a short time Good room service. Food prices are above average. The main thing to note is the breakfast. Very poor breakfast with no significant options. All there is is bread jam and any two Kerala dishes and cornflakes. No fruits. Very diluted watermelon water is given as juice.
