Very good customer service ***** with proper and hygenic food . There are a lot of optional for the buffet provided nu then . And location of the palace is also comfortable since it is near the shakthan bus stand. Recommended to 5 other friends of mine

Overall my stay at joys palace was wonderful and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend comfort, luxury,and excellent service. From the moment I arrived the check-in process was smooth and welcoming thanks to the friendly staff who made me fell right home.The ambience was great.Rooms are spotless and spacious Facilities impressive.

The Joys Palace is located centrally in Thrissur at Sakthan, right next to the bus station. The biggest attractions of Thrissur, Sree Vadakkumnathan Temple and Paramekkavu Bhagavathi Temple, are about 2.5 km away. Public transport is easily available round the clock. The hotel is housed in a large compound and there is no shortage of parking places. The building is quite old but nicely maintained. The reception and lounge areas are sufficiently large but can get crowded when some seminars or walk-ins are taking place. The front desk staff are very efficient, helpful and courteous. They try to meet your smallest of requirements. We had requested for an additional bed while booking and the bed was already in place by the time we checked in. The rooms in this hotel are larger than average and are well furnished. The bathrooms are functional and good quality toiletries are provided. The buffet breakfast and dinner are available at the restaurant. The food is above average and there is a wide variety of foods available. The check out is also fast and hassle free. The staff is very dedicated, helpful and friendly. Overall, probably the best hotel in Thrissur.

Excellent stay. Food was excellent. Services was good. Rooms are very neat and clean.............Meeting was good. Experiment was good. First experience made us more memorable.... Thank you all.
