I recently stayed at Joys Palace Hotel and had an amazing experience. A special mention to Littisha for her exceptional assistance in helping us choose a great room.I was planning to book through online and she suggested us to book direct and gave special rate.She was incredibly professional, explained everything thoroughly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. One thing that truly stood out was her warmth and friendliness with kids—she has a natural talent for engaging with them, which is a rare and special quality in hospitality. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to access all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Having stayed here years ago, I can confidently say that Joys Palace continues to uphold its excellent standards of hospitality. Highly recommended for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

From movement we arrived Joys at joys palace we were met with warmth,professionalism and unparalleled level of Serivce. Guest relation Littisha gives us warm welcome with good smile…. This is my second visit . “Last year,they called me and wished me a happy Brithday.it was a special experience for me .thank you Joys !!!!!” Every member of team went above and make our stay exceptional. Reception staff martin give us excellent guide lines. Food was excellent. Room cleaning also good. A special thanks to Fo manager who stood out from day one. We will come back again without any doubt.

The best hotel in Thrissur with good food at best price.very calm and relaxing atmosphere with good car parking space compared to other hotels in thrissur.it is enough car parking area when doing a function.They also provides cab services for guests and its an awesome experience for me at Thrissur

Joys Palace exceeded my expectations! The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the food was delicious. Perfect location and top-notch service highly recommended!. I will definitely be returning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had housed guests who had arrived for my daughter's wedding in Arattupuzha in 40 rooms for 3 nights. The rooms were spacious and the service splendid. All my guests went back having enjoyed great hospitality. The hotel is ideally located at the center of Thrissur town. The food served was also excellent. Special shout out to Mithula & Siby at the front desk who took care our guests. The hotel management was very supportive to our needs too. All in all a very satisfying experience and I would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Thrissur or house their guests. Dinesh Nair

Very prompt service by CIBI AND HIS TEAM . The bed was good & pillows were good . The Decor was good . And BF was good . All service were prompt . The hotel car service and their driver Vaiju was very good . In all a comfortable stay . The air conditioning was good .

It was a Great experience. The staff is very friendly and caring. The Service especially housekeeping is very prompt. Food was quite good, especially the Kerala spread for Lunch. One of the most important point is that it’s very close to the city centre as well as the railway station.
