The room was excellent and worthy.Staff was so decent and room was soo spacious. Food at the restaurants was soo delicious and the free breakfast was soo amazing, bathroom was clean and very neat. Awesome experience on staying.Full worth of money.

They charged me extra 500, just because i reached 1 hour earlier, and the reception **** was very rude. Not a 4 start hotel.

The stay was nice and comfortable, the staff was amazing. The room was extremely clean and the food was good.

The rooms were big and spacious. Renovated rooms do not have any exhaust in rest rooms. The stench is evident when one opens the door for the rest room
the bed linens are not washed well. There were bed bugs which created rashes later. The corridors are dingy and without any fire extinguishers or fire escape maps and routes. A forgettable experience.

The frint desk was friendly and very much helpful. But the room seemed a bit dusty with the balcony uncleaned and the washroom was a bit stinky. Was not worth the rate. But the breakfast was good with genourous front desk helpers.

The room provided was not up to the standard of a four star rated hotel. The cleanliness was below average. The bed sheet and comfort provided seems not clean and we felt something biting and itchy.

A comfortable hotel, decent breakfast and good food in the restaurant. Don’t understand why that hotel charges 20% additional for room service. Though clean, there was a peculiar smell in the bathroom. Staff is very cooperative and polite.
